Lifeline & Link-Up Program
Lifeline and Link-Up are programs designed to help low-income individuals or those on a fixed income, reduce their phone bill and assist with telephone service connection and installation. Eligible customers must be in a household that receives benefits from: W2, Medicaid, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), etc. This program does not assist with past-due bills.
