The Clark County Maintenance Department is accepting bids for a wall panel system to be added to the exterior of the Clark County Courthouse.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, January 28th, 2021 at the Clark County Clerk’s Office, Room 301, Courthouse, 517 Court Street, Neillsville, WI 54456. Request for Bids - Condensing Unit or Chiller

Clark County Maintenance department is seeking quotes to replace the existing condensing unit that supplies air conditioning to the jail. The quotes need to be for a condensing unit or a chiller sized to the original specifications. Request for Bids - 2021 Construction Materials/Services (Highway Department)

Project Name: 2021 Highway Construction and Maintenance Materials and Services

Department: Clark County Highway Department, 801 Clay Street, Neillsville, WI 54456. Office Phone (715) 743-3680.

Clark County is seeking bids from qualified vendors for the following:

  • Pulverize approximately 218,240 Square Yards of existing asphalt surface
  • Milling of approximately 3,600 Square Yards of existing asphalt surface
  • Hot Mix Asphalt – Supply approximately 41,780 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt
  • Supply approximately 15,950 Tons of Wisconsin Department of Transportation Specification Gradation 3/4” Crushed Aggregate Base Course
  • Supply approximately 2,880 Tons ¼” Seal Coat Aggregate Chips
  • Supply and Apply approximately 96,900 gallons of HFRS-2 Emulsion Asphalt
  • Supply and Apply approximately 26,188 gallons of CSS-1H D50 Emulsion Asphalt
  • Supply approximately 7,000 Tons Screened / Washed Sand

Bids shall conform to the requirements of the Instructions and Terms, Standard Terms and Conditions, Specifications and Certificate. Bid documents may be obtained from the Clark County Highway Department. Bids must be submitted on department bid forms.

Funding for services and materials may include, but not be limited, to projects involved with GTA, TAX LEVY, STP RURAL, LRIP, RMA, DMA and PBM.

Sealed bids shall be received by the Clark County Highway Department no later than 10:00am on February 18th, 2021; bids will be publicly opened and recorded at that time. The vendor is solely responsible to ensure bids are received before the deadline at the designated location. Bids will be awarded by the Clark County Highway Committee on February 23rd, 2021.
