The 107.5 ‘Rock’ and ‘Roll’ Rooms – During Public Use Hours

​

Both the ‘Rock Room’ and the ‘Roll’ Room' may be reserved and used by individuals or groups hosting a gathering, meetings and or potluck/meals for their family or group. Each space can be reserved for a rental fee of $60.00 a day and has a maximum seating capacity of approximately 30 people. Both the ‘Rock Room’ and the ‘Roll Room’ locations provide for a good view of the tube hill. Carry-in food and beverage items as well as the use of roasters, crockpots, hotplates and other food warming appliances are allowed in this space when rented. These items are not allowed in the main chalet area during public use hours. If the ‘Rock Room’ or ‘Roll Room’ are not reserved ahead of time, they will be rented on a first come first serve basis.

Private Tubing Parties

 

Tubing parties can be booked by individuals, groups, businesses, or other interested parties. Those booking the event will be charged a flat per hour rate regardless of the number of tubers who will be attending the booking. Groups/Organizations renting the facility are not allowed to charge entry fees for participation at their private event. Saturday and Sunday evenings after Bruce Mound closes to the public will be encouraged. Rates are as follows:

 

5:00 pm start*

2 hours $400.00

3 hours $520.00    (Thursday Only at $275.00)

4 hours $640.00     * $100.00/hour for each hour after 5:00 pm that the event starts.

 

The restaurant is normally not open for tube parties. Arrangements may be negotiated directly with the restaurant operator to open during tube parties if minimum attendance numbers will be met. Chalet & ‘Rock’ or ‘Roll’ Rooms are available for use during a tube party. Renters may bring own food including crock pots, roasters, etc. No grills or open flame cooking appliances.

Bruce Mound Whole or Partial Hill Rental Rates

​

Bruce Mound whole hill rental will be charged a flat rate plus any ski shop equipment rental regardless of the size of the rental group. Rates are as follows and assume a 5:00 pm* start on Saturday and Sunday nights. We can accommodate most day time and evening start times during weekdays. All prices include sales tax. Whole hill rental not available when Bruce Mound is scheduled to be open to the public.

Rates include use of the chalet or 107.5 ‘Rock’ or ‘Roll’ Rooms. Renter is required to pick up garbage and wipe down tables after use.

 

Whole or partial hill rental does not include use of the kitchen. The restaurant is normally not open for whole hill rentals. Renters may bring own food including crock pots, roasters, etc. No grills or open flame cooking appliances.

 

Ski shop equipment rental is $10.00/person and includes skis or snowboard, poles and helmet. Rental prices for novice hill and all slopes include professional fitting of Bruce Mound rental equipment. Ski instruction at a reasonable price can be arranged.
