The Clark County Jail is a 126 bed facility dedicated in April of 2000 and features a pod based design with state of the art technology.  The jail houses all genders and classifies inmates from minimum to maximum security risk.

The jail employs 12 full-time correction deputies and four (4) full-time correction sergeants, as well as several reserve deputies.  All corrections staff are required to attend 200 hours of specialized training to become jail certified.  They are also required to do 24 hours of training yearly to maintain their certification.
